Shipping Information

Shipping Fees
All orders will be shipped standard ground delivery free of charge. Shipping next day or 2-day air is available except on oversized and heavyweight items; amount will be based on product and your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Additional Shipping Info

• All orders will incur a $7.95 handling fee.
• All items marked heavyweight or oversized will incur an additional shipping fee based on the size and weight of the part. If required, a PWS representative will call you back to discuss the additional shipping charges. These additional shipping charges may show as handling charges at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned products. Shipping charges are not refundable.
• A $10 surcharge will be added to all orders to Alaska & Hawaii.
• International shipping rates will vary depending specific carrier fees. International shipping is by quotation only. Please contact us for a quote.

Warranty Information

90- DAY RETURN Policy

1. All returns require proof of purchase.
2. Parts must be returned within 90 days
3. You must call for return shipping information. Please have the following information when calling:
   1. Date of purchase and original invoice number
   2. Part number(s)
   3. Reason for return
4. Misused parts will be returned to the sender at the senders cost.
5. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility on returned items.
6. Special order and non-stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee.
